The Golf Course -  The appeal of St. George Golf Club is its beautiful terrain bordering the Ft. Pierce Wash. In keeping with the natural surroundings, this course features acres and acres of informal bunkers called "waste areas" that are actually anything but wasteful. They give the golfer the feeling of playing the exclusive courses in the Scottsdale area that are characterized by fairways cut right into the natural desert terrain. The most memorable qualities of this layout are its challenging par three holes each requiring a tee shot over a lake, and the double green serving golfers playing both number nine and number eighteen.
